The scheduling program processes employee names, mobile phone numbers, consent records, scheduling preferences, message content, responses, and delivery information to coordinate staffing and maintain communication records.

We use this information to send work-related scheduling communications, manage shift availability and coverage, confirm assignments, provide reminders, communicate schedule changes, respond to employee messages, and maintain records of those communications.
