SPQR Employee Scheduling

SMS Terms & Conditions

Terms for receiving work-related scheduling text messages from SPQR Security.

SMS Terms

Program name: SPQR Employee Scheduling Notifications.

Messages concern employee shift availability, coverage requests, assignment confirmations, reminders, and schedule changes. Messages may be sent automatically.

Message frequency varies with staffing needs. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out of scheduling texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact Ryan@SPQRCommand.com.

SMS consent is voluntary. Employees who opt out should contact management to arrange another scheduling communication method.

Expressing interest in a shift does not confirm assignment. Employees must receive an assignment confirmation.

Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent scope

These terms cover SMS scheduling only. They do not bundle consent for automated or AI voice calls into the SMS checkbox.
